In the pole construction work for power distribution, groundwater often wells up from aquifers during excavation depending on the construction site, resulting in a large amount of muddy water (mud) that hinders operations. The generated muddy water (mud) is pumped out or removed manually, which requires considerable effort. Additionally, there is a method of adding bentonite as a water-absorbing agent to absorb the moisture from the turbid water before transporting the sediment, but this can cause dust to scatter during the addition process, potentially leading to complaints from nearby residents depending on the construction area. To address and prevent these issues, our company has developed a water-absorbing agent for excavation mud used in pole construction called "Doro Ukeru." By adding this product to construction sludge and mixing it with an auger, it can absorb the moisture from the muddy water (mud) and solidify within minutes. This allows for the easy lifting of mud that could only be removed by pumps or manual labor, and it keeps the sludge in a loose state, significantly reducing the likelihood of muddying the site.
